Responsibilities
Build and grow trusted relationships and collaborate with HHS key point of contacts
Understand the client environment, issues, and priorities
Work with prospects to define their problems and propose solutions
Lead the pursuit of key RFP’s, RFI’s, SOW’s while working with our Proposal Team
Track industry trends and bring forth proactive ideas and solutions
Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for HHS and our partners.
Understand the clients’ staffing requirements in detail and guide the delivery team to identifying the appropriate talent
Lead key presentations and proposed solutions in-person
Attend Key Events as required in person

Required
5+ years of overall experience in a client facing role working for a Consulting firm or as an Account Executive for an Services/Staffing company.
2+ years of experience working with HHS is required
Experience working with an offshore team
Experience developing relationships with key decision makers and influencers
Experience managing and growing multi-million-dollar accounts
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent Problem-Solving skills
Team Player with a winning, positive attitude
Willingness to travel as required in the Northeast
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred
Experience selling Healthcare Services, Solutions and/or staffing is strongly preferred
