Responsibilities
Independently handle and resolve inquiries from national and international users related to the SAP SD module and Order to Cash process OTC.
Must also transfers message files between the D2D user's mailbox and the WebAS inbound directory.
Analyze customer requirements and incident reports Within L2 support scope configure and customize SAP SD solutions based on business needs.
Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless support reflecting IT organization and responsibilities.

Required
8 years of experience in SAP SD and 8 years experience with OTC
Strong knowledge of configuration customizing of Order to Cash process OTC with focus on SAP Sales and Distribution
Must have 8 years hands on D2D experience
Experience with customs requirements including confirmation of arrival
Experience to work in an SAP support role and communicate well with global regional IT teams internal customers and suppliers
