Responsibilities

Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure learning content aligns with proprietary research and intellectual property.

Partner with the digital product team to facilitate the productization of learning content on various technology platforms.

Define or update course learning objectives to meet program goals and learner outcomes.

Create or refresh instructional materials, including:

Course content across multiple delivery formats (eLearning, instructor-led, microlearning, etc.).

Training manuals and support documentation for learners and instructors.

Curricula for instructor-led sessions.

Leverage AI tools, where applicable, to support content creation and streamline processes.

Ensure that course materials:

Are easily translatable into multiple languages.

Meet accessibility and inclusion standards.

Remain platform-agnostic for flexibility across various learning management systems (LMS).

Required

Proven experience in instructional design, learning content development, and curriculum creation.

Familiarity with AI-based tools to support content creation.

Expertise in modernizing traditional learning materials into bite-sized, consumer-grade content.

Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

Enterprise experience is a significant advantage, particularly in creating content for employees and leaders across industries and regions.

Ability to collaborate effectively with SMEs, researchers, and technical teams.

Proficiency in accessibility standards, translation best practices, and LMS-agnostic content creation.

Preferred

Experience developing multi-modal learning content (eLearning, videos, instructor-led).

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Familiarity with tools such as Articulate, Adobe Creative Suite, and other content authoring tools.
