Responsibilities
Generate new sales opportunities through both targeted outbound contact and inbound lead follow-up to consistently grow the sales pipeline.
Research and identify potential customers, tailoring outreach to demonstrate Yogi's unique value proposition, and secure high-impact meetings to drive new business.
Conduct outbound and inbound activities targeting enterprise customers, utilizing emails, social media, and phone calls to engage prospects and schedule meetings.
Collaborate with Account Executives to build account strategies to maximize new sales effectiveness and increase penetration within customer accounts
Promptly respond to inbound leads from Marketing while adhering to compliance metrics, ensuring timely follow-ups and connection attempts.
Leverage CRM and SEP tools (such as Salesforce and Salesloft/Outreach) to track and manage sales activities effectively.
Become a Yogi product expert, understanding in depth how our solutions benefit customers.
Take ownership of your sales targets and business, consistently reporting results to stakeholders.

Required
1-2+ years experience working in an outbound selling role into the Enterprise or Strategic segment, preferably in SaaS sales.
Proven track record of success as a top-performer on your team.
Experience navigating tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo/LeadIQ, Outreach/Salesloft, and Sales Navigator.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong listening skills and a dynamic presence on the phone.
Committed to daily monitoring and enhancement of performance and efficiency.
Keen interest in identifying and solving business challenges.
Entrepreneurial spirit; self-driven with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
