Responsibilities
Gather and analyze financial and operational data from internal and external sources to support strategic planning and commercial initiatives.
Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and monthly management reports.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across datasets and reporting systems.
Perform strategic analyses and create financial models to evaluate business initiatives.
Implement tools and processes to enhance commercial development and analytics.
Work with Operations, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and M&A teams to support key initiatives.
Coordinate updates to pricing models and communicate changes across teams.
Support the development of systems that improve data accessibility and operational efficiency.
Prepare and present insights to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring actionable recommendations.
Contribute to materials for strategic planning discussions and team updates.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Operations Management, or Accounting.
0–2 years of experience in strategy, corporate finance, consulting, or related fields.
Background in transportation or logistics industries is a plus.
Proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools, particularly Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on building relationships.
Self-motivated and adaptable with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Preferred
Experience analyzing sales contracts and providing strategies to improve profitability.
Familiarity with coordinating external diligence efforts, including legal and accounting advisors.
Advanced knowledge of process standardization and risk management techniques.
