Responsibilities
Advise managers and employees on state/federal employment regulations, compensation, benefits, and personnel procedures.
Evaluate job positions, classification, salary, and exempt status.
Prepare job descriptions, classifications, salary scales, and personnel records.
Develop reports summarizing job analysis, compensation, and career path information.

Required
Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Knowledge of hiring policies (EEO, affirmative action) and compensation systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and experience with HR systems.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
0-2 years of customer service experience, ideally in HR.
Preferred
Experience with Workday
Experience with TMX phone system (Five9)
Experience with Zendesk
