Responsibilities
Report Development: Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for internal teams to support decision-making. Build clear, visually compelling, and actionable customer-facing reports that demonstrate product value and usage.
Client-Facing Analytics: Collaborate with customer success and sales teams to deliver reports and insights that help customers understand product effectiveness. Provide recommendations to clients on how they can maximize product usage, improve outcomes, and realize additional value. Present data-driven scenarios to clients to illustrate the benefits of upgrading to other packages or features.
Insights & Recommendations: Analyze key metrics and trends to deliver actionable insights for internal stakeholders and external customers. Identify opportunities for product improvement and share findings with internal product, marketing, or customer success teams.
Technical & Data Excellence: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across all dashboards and reports. Partner with engineering and data teams to streamline data sources and integrate relevant data for analytics. Optimize and enhance existing Power BI dashboards for performance and usability.

Required
Minimum 3 years of professional experience with Power BI, including building dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions.
At least 3 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
Proficient in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, report development, and dashboard design).
Strong ability to manipulate, analyze, and present data to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience integrating data from various sources (SQL databases, APIs, spreadsheets, etc.).
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Excellent communication skills to present findings and recommendations clearly.
A self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize projects effectively.
Preferred
Prior experience creating customer-facing reports or collaborating with external clients to deliver insights.
Ability to recommend data-backed strategies that enhance customer outcomes and product usage.
