Responsibilities

Design and deploy best practice process ServiceNow solutions that help achieve the strategic goals of our customers.
Document, prioritize, and support the delivery of the overall solution that will allow our customers to manage work more efficiently and meet the overall goals of the project.
Lead workshops with customer stakeholders to identify requirements, communicate and validate business and functional designs, and recommend solutions to improve process efficiencies and long-term platform sustainability.
Design and deliver tailored ServiceNow solutions, handle multiple complex projects, and ensure all deliverables are of highest quality.
Collaborate with the team to support continuous improvement and maintain expertise in ServiceNow products, processes, best practices, capabilities, and features.

Required

Active Secret Clearance Required
Experience with ServiceNow ITAM Required
More than three years of experience in the following: Working with the ServiceNow platform with experience in at least two products
Management consulting, process design, or product management
Line of Business
Experience partnering, advising, and presenting to key stakeholders/executives
Experience leading/executing complex strategic and operational initiatives at large organizations
Experience writing user stories, grooming requirements, and advising key stakeholders/executives
Ability to confidently facilitate client workshops, clearly communicate process recommendations, and manage stakeholder engagement, both in person and virtually
ITIL V3 or V4 Foundations Certification
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

Preferred

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
Certification in at least two ServiceNow products (ITSM, CSM, ITOM, IRM, SecOps, or other additional products)
Agile/SAFe Product Owner Certification (or equivalent)
