Responsibilities
Proactively engage with inbound leads via phone, email, and chat to qualify their interest and determine their needs.
Coordinate and schedule appointments or product demonstrations for the sales team, ensuring a smooth handoff and an exceptional client experience.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions, appointments, and outcomes in our CRM system.
Manage the calendar and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Deliver a positive, customer-focused experience at every interaction, strengthening brand reputation and fostering long-term customer loyalty.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and provide feedback for process improvement.

Required
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
A positive and optimistic attitude is required.
Preferred
Prior experience in customer service, account management, or a related field
