Responsibilities

Industry Knowledge: We provide full training!
Knowledge of travel industry trends, destinations, and products a plus
Familiarity with various travel services, such as flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, and travel insurance a plus
Communication Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients, suppliers, and team members
Customer Service Skills:
• Strong customer service
• Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and efficiently
• Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and bookings simultaneously
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate and error-free bookings
Problem-Solving Skills:
• Ability to quickly and effectively solve problems that may arise during travel arrangements
• Resourcefulness in finding alternative solutions for clients
• Cultural sensitivity and awareness to cater to the diverse needs of clients from different backgrounds
Legal and Regulatory Compliance:
• Understanding of travel regulations, visa requirements, and other legal aspects related to international and domestic travel
Teamwork:
• Ability to work well on your own and motivation to meet goals
Adaptability:
• Flexibility to adapt to changes in the travel industry, such as new technology, regulations, or trends
