Responsibilities

Ability to prepare and deliver presentations for user, management, and executive level audiences

Provides advice to customers regarding industry best practices and process methodology building trust

Participate in business process analysis/design, construction, validation, and deployment phases of the project. Understands how the JDA solutions within area of focus can be configured and delivered to better facilitate customer business processes

Develops functional specifications of sound design for modifications, interfaces, reports and screens that achieve customers' business objectives

Creates and modifies procedural and system documentation throughout the project

Develops and executes test scripts to ensure JDA software consistently meets the customer's business objectives

Provides non-technical support during the 'go-live' period. Provides primary user support and verifies that the system provides the required business functions and maintains data integrity

Recognizes and highlights incremental revenue opportunities with existing customers / projects

Serves in a supporting functional role while attending and contributing to key meetings between the JDA project stakeholders, customer stakeholders, and corresponding leadership teams

Ensures knowledge transfer is conducted with key customer project team

Communicates business cases to PMG and PD regarding customer specific needs related to product functionality and enhancements

Communicates the value proposition of JDA’s solutions to our customers

Clearly understand customer’s business requirement and clarify any misunderstanding between different business users

Escalates issues that may have negative scheduling or financial impact

Estimates specifications accurately

Works with project team to understand and help to provide detail functional requirements from functional specifications

Works closely with the customer team to guide them through all phases of the project

Required

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or Engineering or other relevant discipline

Supply chain execution experience in retail, manufacturing and 3PL businesses

Familiar with warehouse processes

Ability to manage customer expectations in regards to functional issues

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent presentation and organizational skills

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

Preferred

MSc/PhD. in Industrial Engineering, Warehouse & Logistics, Operational Research, Management or related field
