Responsibilities
Review vulnerability descriptions and understand related risks
Understand server and workstation architecture
Prioritize vulnerabilities based on security risk
Track remediation actions to closure
Process and convey technical details clearly and in a range of situations, both in writing and verbally.
Communicate effectively and clearly to leadership with relevant level of detail
Collaborate with other teams

Required
US Citizenship required
Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related field or equivalent work experience
2+ years of experience in a security-related role
1 year of experience working with security vulnerabilities
1 year of experience using a vulnerability scanning tool (e.g. Nessus, Qualys)
Working knowledge of network equipment and IP addressing
Previous experience with Windows based servers and workstations
Preferred
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across teams
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Experience with Security tools including Qualys, Tenable Nessus, NMAP
Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail
Demonstrated experience in writing and presentation skills
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple objectives with overlapping time constraints
Relevant security certifications
Ability to research and quickly grasp unfamiliar information technologies.
