Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of complex Salesforce solutions and integrations for global enterprises, leveraging Salesforce clouds, Lightning, and MuleSoft

Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to understand customer requirements and propose innovative solutions using Salesforce platforms and emerging technologies like AI, machine learning, etc.

Develop Proof of Concepts and Prototypes to demonstrate proposed solutions to customers

Define and evolve the overall enterprise architecture standards for Salesforce and integrations across projects

Work with delivery teams to ensure designs are implemented per architecture guidelines and best practices

Conduct code reviews and monitor technical quality across Salesforce development initiatives

Mentor and guide junior technical resources on Salesforce architecture and best practices

Required

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, preferably in Computer Sciences and/or Information Technology or related field (Master’s Degree preferred)

10+ years of experience designing and building solutions on Salesforce including Lightning and MuleSoft

Experience implementing AI/ML solutions on Salesforce Einstein Platform

Experience with integration technologies like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Apache Camel etc.

Experience defining and governing enterprise architecture standards and guidelines

Experience leading complex technical initiatives and mentoring delivery teams

Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce architecture, Lightning Framework, Apex, Visualforce, APIs etc.

Working experience with MuleSoft AnyPoint Platform for integration

Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and hands-on experience with Einstein Platform

Understanding of integration patterns, enterprise architecture principles and API-led connectivity

Coding expertise in Java, JavaScript, Node.js, Python or other web technologies

Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
