Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service via telephone and email, acting as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries.
Manage tasks efficiently using dashboards and workflows.
Become an expert user of the AP Customer Portal to assist clients.
Provide accurate payoff calculations for loans and leases.
Respond to insurance-related inquiries and assist with resolution.
Address billing inquiries, process customer payments, and collect delinquent accounts when necessary.
Facilitate payment relief requests and handle contract modifications or name change requests.
Manage end-of-term processes, including UCC termination requests.
Use internal systems to document and manage cases effectively.

Required
Minimum of 3 years in customer service required.
Minimum of 2 years in office or administrative role required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
Strong communication skills.
Problem-solving abilities.
Commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce and/or Aspire is a plus.
