Responsibilities
Collaborate with IT leadership and stakeholders to plan, resource, and execute IT projects within the organization and partner units.
Drive the maturity of project management practices within Enterprise Projects and Initiatives, supporting both strategic and tactical objectives.
Lead workload prioritization, project initiatives, and overall project management for an Information Systems team, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
Work closely with the Technology Innovation Director and partner offices to synchronize priorities and project deliverables.
Provide project leadership across diverse software, integration, infrastructure, and business process initiatives, ensuring on-time, quality outcomes.

Required
Bachelor’s degree or higher and at least 3 years of related experience in project management.
Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies, including hybrid approaches, and a track record of delivering projects that meet or exceed client expectations.
Proficiency in IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts and ability to work within a multidisciplinary framework.
Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
High-level analytical skills and experience in complex project management.
Proficient in collaborating with organizational change management and business analysis teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
IT Project Management: 3 years (Required)
Preferred
Industry certifications in project management are preferred.
Project management certification (such as PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2) is preferred.
Experience in both private and public sector environments is advantageous.
Familiarity with IT Service Management concepts is desirable.
Ability to work effectively in both private and public sector environments.
Background in managing a variety of project types, including software, infrastructure, and business process projects.
