Responsibilities
Monitor and approve all fleet maintenance requests across various systems.
Ensure appropriate maintenance-related charges are billed back to clients.
Track and notify clients of upcoming scheduled maintenance for rental assets.
Utilize telematics reporting to identify units with service issues or warning messages, and coordinate maintenance scheduling with clients.
Track and update the status of vehicle breakdowns for units both on and off rent.
Collaborate with the Logistics team to manage the movement of units in and out of maintenance.
Deploy and review damage assessments for vehicles going on and off rent.
Work with clients to facilitate insurance claims and support insurance adjusters as necessary.
Coordinate with third-party vendors to manage fleet-related operations, including registrations, maintenance, titles, repair shops, telematics, and logistics.
Develop and implement a streamlined client onboarding process for the fleet program.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff to the Client Experience Coordinator, providing clients with all necessary information and expectations.
Assist in creating an offboarding process that aligns with internal teams for the return of vehicles and damage assessments.
Develop and manage a fleet-specific escalation queue within the CRM system to ensure timely resolutions of client issues.
Set and track specific time commitments for resolving escalated client concerns.
Manage and update the CRM system to track client interactions, issues, and resolutions, ensuring seamless communication across teams.
Enter client information, reservations, and updates into existing rental software.

Required
2+ years of relevant experience in fleet management, car rental, or car dealership industry.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Knowledge of fleet maintenance systems and telematics reporting.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to learn TDS Rental software system.
