Responsibilities
Develop Delivery Orders in SAP.- weekly and bi weekly basis
Develop invoices per US GOV templates/requirements
Partner with MS Fed to oversee invoice submission and payment
Manage internal team budget leveraging data from Mercury and RIM
Oversee and maintain all elements of financials from customer contract
Completes tasks with limited supervision.

Required
3-5 years of experience required for the role.
Minimum 2-3 years Experience with SAP.
Minimum 2-3 years experience with Invoicing management and completion.
Minimum 2-3 years experience with Mercury.
Preferred
Prior similar experience to the current role.
Ability to take a set of requirements and put them into action with limited hand holding.
Previous government contracting or systems knowledge.
Strong written and verbal communication skills - clearly articulate the expectations and ask questions if needed.
