Required

Proven experience in developing and implementing solutions using Cisco UCCE and Upstream Works for Finesse.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and SQL.

Ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide effective solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders.

Preferred

Cisco UCCE and Upstream Works for Finesse certifications are a plus.
