Responsibilities
Lead technical training projects
Technical writing: Creation of quick reference cards, instructions, and learning center
Perform training needs assessments for assigned projects
Document how-to-use client standard software/hardware, as well as related business processes and policies
Participate in development of enterprise-wide policies governing technology use
Design, develop, promote, deliver, evaluate, and maintain instructor-led and computer-based training courses on use of DCRI standard software/hardware
Provide in-depth coaching/support for staff, executive management, and faculty on use of client standard software and hardware
Manage class scheduling, materials inventory, and student records for assigned projects
Facilitate configuration of training lab computers for assigned projects
Cross-train backup instructors for assigned projects
Design, develop, and maintain Intranet sites for assigned projects
Cross-train backup instructors for assigned projects
Review training/documentation deliverables developed by other team members
Work with team to manage Technical Training email and voicemail
Work with team to establish training tools, processes, and promotional strategies
Participate in client training initiatives
Work on special projects as assigned

Required
Portfolio or work sample
5+ years of experience creating clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for software, hardware, and e-learning content writing tools and methodologies (i.e., Technical Trainer, Instructional Designer, or e-Learner Developer)
Current/recent experience with Captivate and Articulate Storyline 360
Content creation experience using Confluence, and Jira for tracking and project management
Has a strong background in instructional design, multimedia integration, and technical training
Skilled in AI technologies and LLMs (i.e., Copilot, ChatGPT, Jasper, DALL-E, GitHub, Scribe) for enhanced content creation
Strong communicator and collaborator dedicated to high-quality documentation and training programs enhancing user experience
Experienced with the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and SharePoint Online
Preferred
Articulate Rise 360
Healthcare/clinical research industry experience (i.e., CTMS)
Azure cloud experience
