Responsibilities

Design sales enablement training and course content

Deliver assets and training related to Twilio processes (pricing, contracts, analytics, deals etc)

Ensure every training has defined learning objectives and leverages adult learning theory

Build impactful learner and instructor materials (e-learnings, presentations, course outlines, background material, instructional materials, exercises, job aids and assessments)

Required

5+ years training, sales enablement, or related field experience

Direct experience in Sales Enablement Instructional Design

Ability to quickly learn new concepts and thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment

Proven experience with training and content delivery tools

Experience with Salesforce, Highspot, Salesloft, Slack, Tableau and other Sales Enablement tools

Excellent interpersonal skills, someone who enjoys working with others in a collaborative, social environment.

Effective at building and maintaining positive relationships

Passion for excellence and high quality in the finished product, acute attention to detail

Self-motivated, with ability to work with little definition and without supervision while multitasking and prioritizing across several projects and initiatives
