Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the Field Team, fostering a culture of high energy, ambition, and continuous improvement

Develop and implement strategic sales plans in collaboration with the Executive Team to meet and exceed revenue goals

Conduct biweekly training sessions and weekly one-on-one meetings with Field Team to enhance communication and performance

Analyze sales data to forecast performance, identify new market opportunities, and optimize profitability

Report on sales performance to company leadership, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients and retailer partners (corporate and store level), understanding their business needs and aligning our services accordingly

Collaborate with internal teams to implement targeted sales strategy and drive business growth
