Responsibilities

Work with multiple NetSuite for Government customers and be responsible for the successful design and delivery of business solutions.

Work with a strong project team of leaders in the Oracle Local Government Business Unit, Product, Development, Training and Support organizations to focus on delivering a world-class implementation of Oracle software and products.

Use experience in Government and Municipal HR & Payroll to identify customer needs and delivery of a successful implementation plan.

Work internally to refine and develop collateral to ensure success of future implementations.

Work with customers to configure and design workflows and reports in the NetSuite for Government product.

Use strong influencing and negotiation skills to deal with internal stakeholders and customers.
