Responsibilities
Manage a diverse portfolio encompassing REO, Retail, and Investment properties
Oversee and coordinate specific territories within the brokerage, including the acquisition of additional Broker Licenses as required
Efficiently manage the complete life cycle of real estate portfolios, with a primary focus on reducing the time from contract to closing and improving closing percentages across multiple client accounts
Serve as the qualifying broker in multiple states, demonstrating expertise in cross-state real estate operations and regulations
Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal real estate laws, maintaining the highest standards of professional conduct

Required
Active broker license in Washington
Extensive experience as a Managing Broker, with a proven track record of leading geographically dispersed teams across the country
Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage a portfolio of 100+ REO assets, showcasing exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
Comprehensive knowledge of state and federal real estate laws, with expertise in compliance and auditing procedures
Preferred
multiple state licenses strongly preferred
