Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance to commercial and utility-scale PV customers via phone and email, addressing product performance, specifications, and general inquiries.
Collaborate with regional sales teams to support customer webinars, conference calls, and on-site visits.
Offer valuable feedback to the engineering team on product performance and emerging market trends.
Create and review technical documentation, including product manuals, specifications, application notes, and internal technical procedures.
Represent the company at industry conferences and training seminars, delivering engaging presentations on product capabilities and industry best practices.
Work closely with sales, engineering, and customer service teams to drive successful product applications and solutions.

Required
Strong background in electrical, mechanical, or power systems engineering, with a focus on renewable energy (solar) systems.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical information to audiences of varying technical backgrounds.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time to support clients and participate in industry events.
Familiarity with NEC (National Electric Code) is essential.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Power Systems, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred
2-4 years of hands-on technical experience in the PV solar industry is preferred.
NABCEP (North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners) certification is a plus but not required.
