Ecommerce Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities
Work closely with the Director of Ecommerce and Digital Marketing to execute web updates, features, Email, SMS, and CRO execution to support sales and profitability targets
Support robust ecommerce website that attracts customers, is visually appealing, and easy to use
Maintain and update ecommerce platform including but not limited to content updates, promotions, features, and reviews; communicate any needed back-end updates to Director of Ecommerce and Digital Marketing
Maintain consistency across website and DTC channels
Ensure brand consistency through digital channels and liaise as necessary with internal teams
Work closely with Director of Ecommerce and Digital Marketing and third-party agency to support email and SMS campaigns, subject line testing, channel copy, ad copy, gathering ad and other channel assets
Support website testing plan and merchandising of the site to ensure a superior shopping experience with cross-selling and upselling opportunities
QA and use customer feedback from various sources to ensure client satisfaction; assist in VOC data and consumer research
Plan and coordinate with Director of Ecommerce and Digital Marketing for asset needs, UAT testing, digital product optimizations, and operational efficiencies
Support additional site operations initiatives including shipping and returns, logistics, feedback, payment options, loyalty program, web policies and more
Monitor and respond to reviews within review platform
Support Director of Ecommerce and Digital Marketing with CRM implementation and maintenance
Have a good eye for a premium look and highly engaging content
Proactively research and approach updates, platform changes, and new content formats
Work with Director of Ecommerce & Digital Marketing to regularly track and measure the performance of the website, returns, reviews, Email, and SMS channels
Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across channels worked in
Regularly collect and present insights with meaningful data and actionable recommendations on key metrics to Director of Ecommerce & Digital Marketing
Maintain familiarity with both John Boos and the competitor’s products digital strategies
Meet deadlines for assigned projects and proactively inform stakeholders of project status and updates
Stay up to date with ecommerce, digital marketing channels, and industry best practices

Required
Bachelor’s degree in merchandising, marketing, business, or a related field
1-2 years of proven related experience within an e-commerce environment
Knowledge of Shopify Plus and app ecosystem
Experience using tools for email, CRM, and reviews
Experience with website heat mapping and testing tools
Copywriting experience to support various personas and the ability to properly use headlines and CTAs
Ability to grasp trends and act proactively
Experience working collaboratively in B2C and B2B team environments
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated
Responds well to feedback, upbeat, positive attitude, curious to learn
Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks and deadlines simultaneously
Proficient in MS Office Suite, Smartsheet or similar project management tools
