Responsibilities
Working with leads from Engineering, QA and Product teams
Participate in agile processes, e.g. pre-planning, planning, daily / weekly standups
Communicating the status of projects and impediments to internal and external stakeholders
Facilitate cross-team coordination, tracking and following up with external dependencies
Help engineering and QA team deliver against schedule
Help ensure new releases meet quality targets
Track and drive all active projects
Efficiently load and forecast the timing of new projects
Collect team metrics, share with the team, suggest new metrics, and drive improvement using the metrics.
Support the team to improve their technical work by reviewing results and establish lessons learned as well as track the improvement.
Help production support teams in making sure the right tickets are brought into the sprint and pushed through to production when needed.
Help release management team coordinate environment setups & maintenance, code deployments, and production releases.

Required
4+ years experience working with leads from Engineering, QA and Product teams
Project management - solid experience in delivering cross functional projects
Track and drive all active projects
Efficiently load and forecast the timing of new projects
Collect team metrics, share with the team, suggest new metrics, and drive improvement using the metrics
Help engineering and QA team deliver against schedule
Help ensure new releases meet quality targets
Help production support teams in making sure the right tickets are brought into the sprint and pushed through to production when needed
Help release management team coordinate environment setups & maintenance, code deployments, and production releases
Communicating the status of projects and impediments to internal and external stakeholders
Facilitate cross-team coordination, tracking and following up with external dependencies
Preferred
CCaaS or SaaS implementation experience
Working within an Agile/Scrum SDLC
Participate in agile processes, e.g. pre-planning, planning, daily / weekly standups
Strong experience in agile practices using Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or LeSS
Proficiency with Jira Agile, Confluence, GoogleDocs
PMI and / or Scrum Master certification
