Responsibilities

Be the chief advocate and spokesperson of our products by understanding product offerings and competitive differentiation and translate features/functionality into business value.

You’ll own and create buyer personas, use cases, value proposition statements and messaging for new and existing software products.

Collaborate with sales enablement team to develop materials such as: product demos, videos, webinars, collateral, and web content.

Become a deep product expert, capable of conducting demos, focus groups, workshops, and exploratory sales discussions.

Analyze product usage, win-loss data, market research reports, and make actionable recommendations.

Working closely with the Product team, you’ll own the Quarterly Product Release campaigns and promotion activities

Partnering with Learning & Development to create and maintain product documentation.
