Responsibilities
Design, execute, deploy, and provide application support for Reporting and Analytics within UKG Dimensions
Manage production issues to ensure service restoration, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventative measures
Act as a liaison among stakeholders including business partners, IT teams, and service providers
Identify opportunities to refine operational procedures for consistent support with minimal errors
Monitor software releases to assess changes and plan for regression testing, user communications, and training

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Minimum of 5 years of analytics and reporting experience
At least 2 years of experience in an operational efficiencies and metrics-driven environment
Proficiency in Tableau or Power BI
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred
Experience with Oracle Human Resource and Oracle PL/SQL development
Proven track record in leading business analysis, process design, and application development (SDLC)
Strong customer service orientation and collaboration skills
Extensive experience in delivering IT solutions on time and within budget
