Responsibilities
Design and implement IT service management (ITSM) processes and tools to optimize service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Utilize AI and Copilot integration to automate and streamline IT shared services and enhance user experience.
Leverage Teams integration to facilitate communication and collaboration among IT service teams and stakeholders.
Integrate technology and process solutions to reduce the involvement of level 1 teams and provide quicker direct support from backend teams.
Monitor and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of ITSM processes and tools and identify areas for improvement.
Lead project teams during the design and construction process, ensuring seamless integration of process systems into architectural plans.
Work within budget constraints while optimizing process efficiency.
Consider environmental impact and sustainability in process design
Align process solutions with IT client requirements

Required
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
Strong communication skills, both writing and verbally.
Experience in a relevant industry.
Ability to foster relationships and build trust with prospective clients.
Knowledge and experience with the use of AI and related technologies.
Preferred
5 years of experience in ITSM process design and implementation, preferably with JIRA or 5 years of experience in data architecture principles, methods, techniques, and technologies.
Strong knowledge of ITSM best practices and frameworks, such as ITIL, COBIT, or ISO/IEC 20000.
Proficient in AI and Copilot technologies and their applications to IT service management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
Proficiency in designing and implementing architectural solutions to address strategic and tactical business needs.
