Responsibilities
Concept Development: Develop creative concepts for vehicle, partnership programs, and digital campaigns across social, video, and experiential mediums, ensuring they resonate with target audiences and align with brand strategy.
Creative Execution: Oversee design and execute the visual direction of campaigns, ensuring consistency and quality across all touchpoints, from digital assets to retailer and partner activations.
Collaboration: Work closely with Creative Directors, copywriters, designers, account management, project management, strategists, producers, and media teams to bring creative concepts to life, ensuring seamless integration across channels.
Brand Stewardship: Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity, ensuring that all creative work is aligned with the automotive brand’s guidelines and voice while pushing creative boundaries.
Team Leadership: Mentor junior creatives, providing feedback, direction, and support to cultivate an environment of growth and creativity.
Client Engagement: Participate in client presentations and work directly with clients to understand their needs, presenting creative work and incorporating feedback effectively.
Multi-Channel Expertise: Leverage your expertise in digital, social, activation, and video production to create integrated campaigns that deliver on business objectives, from conceptualization to execution.
Innovation & Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital technologies, design capabilities, and automotive innovations to ensure the agency’s work remains cutting-edge and effective.
Executional Excellence: Ensure the highest level of craft in the execution of all creative assets, from visual design to final production, paying attention to detail and the quality of deliverables.

Required
4+ years of experience in art direction, preferably within an advertising agency environment, ideally with automotive brand experience.
Strong portfolio showcasing digital, social, video, experiential, and integrated creative work.
Experience in producing creative across multiple platforms and channels, with a strong understanding of how each medium works.
Exceptional visual design and conceptual thinking, with an ability to create innovative and engaging creative solutions.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
Strong knowledge of branding, typography, and design principles.
Ability to manage creative projects from concept to completion while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent communication and presentation skills—both verbal and visual.
A true collaborator that’s able to work cross-functionally within teams and engage with company culture.
Passionate about the automotive industry, with a keen eye for design and the ability to translate automotive storytelling into compelling visuals.
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Creative problem-solver with a keen ability to adapt and pivot in response to client needs and feedback.
A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to inspire and motivate the team.
Preferred
Production experience is a plus but not required.
