Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for existing clients across DCED and DCE Services.
Ensure client satisfaction through consistent communication, proactive problem-solving, and attention to client needs.
Manage day-to-day account activities, including data entry, issue resolution, project details and follow-up on outstanding deliverables.
Regularly follow up on all client accounts to ensure progress on outstanding opportunities.
Identify dormant opportunities and develop action plans for reactivation.
Actively update Salesforce & Dynamics with client interactions, progress, and next steps.
Prepare weekly reports summarizing pipeline movement, client feedback, and outstanding actions.
Monitor and communicate monthly progress on financial goals (e.g., project goals for 30%, 60%, and IFC types).
Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to resolve bottlenecks impacting client deliverables.
Work under the Sales Manager’s leadership to align account strategies with broader sales objectives.
Execute the Sales Manager’s directives to maintain account health, track performance, and implement growth strategies.
Communicate regularly with the Sales Manager to provide updates on account status and client feedback.
Work closely with estimating and project teams to align timelines and ensure offerings are delivered as promised.
Collaborate with the Sales Manager to implement sales strategies for account retention and closure.
Communicate with the Sales Manager on any foreseen issues in advance.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce (DCED) and MS Dynamics (DCE Services for all accounts.
Track and manage account-specific deliverables to ensure deadlines and expectations are met.
Coordinate with internal teams, such as project management and customer service, to support client needs.
Ensure project timelines, deliverables, and offerings are tracked, accurate, and communicated clearly to clients.
Troubleshoot client issues, escalate when necessary, and resolve roadblocks to maintain smooth operations.
Foster long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent service and identifying opportunities to enhance value.
Support upselling and cross-selling initiatives as directed by the Sales Manager to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
Work closely with estimating and project teams to align timelines and ensure offerings are delivered as promised.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling DCE offerings to maximize client value.
Develop and execute account plans to meet financial targets and maintain client satisfaction.
Monitor account performance metrics and provide regular updates and insights to the Sales Manager.
Prepare account reports, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Required
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, with at least 4 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
Demonstrated ability to develop sales strategies, identify customer needs, and align them with the company’s services, especially in renewable energy.
Proven skills in creating tailored sales pitches, managing client relationships, and overseeing contract transitions and delivery.
Strong capability to work with cross-functional and international teams, ensuring effective client onboarding and operational coordination.
Experience in evaluating contract details, conducting legal reviews, and crafting detailed client proposals.
Excellent communication skills coupled with robust problem-solving abilities, adaptable to dynamic business environments.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Professional acumen, strong organizational skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Competency in Microsoft Office Suite.
