Responsibilities

Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders through high-touch, consultative communication.
Oversee and manage day-to-day communication with the client associated to upcoming, live and completed campaigns.
Serve as a liaison between internal teams (Sales, Operations and Marketing)
Take a sales-driven approach to client management to help identify revenue/growth opportunities.
Address customer needs by working internally to determine the most optimal solutions to solve their business objectives.
Provide clients with campaign reporting and key performance metrics to support, upsell, incremental, and renewal conversations and opportunities.

Required

3+ years of digital media, shopper or agency experience
Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines while multi-tasking
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive self-starter willing to learn and grow with an ever-changing business
Ability to assist with time-sensitive requests or issue escalations with all levels of internal and external management as needed
Strategic thinker in the development of campaigns, optimizations and understanding data
Adept at analyzing results, synthesizing data, drawing out insights & implications, and developing insightful and actionable recommendations
Sound decision making skills based in agency, client and industry knowledge
Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau and proficiency in MS Office
Knowledge of CPG and Shopper Marketing industry at key retailers

Preferred

Bachelor’s Degree in advertising, marketing, or related media field
Experience in relationship management/account management/client service type of role
Experience with mobile or interactive technologies
