Responsibilities

Test and assess product features for functionality and usability.

Create test cases to verify new features function as expected

Analyze product requests to determine how a feature should function

Confirm that the feature developed by the assigned Engineer matches the criteria established in the product request.

Write step-by-step instructions to record how features should work and for the purpose of additional testing by other QA team members.

Ensure bug fixes ameliorate the issues they were designed to resolve.

Work collaboratively or individually on specialized projects such as: regression testing, ADA compliance, or other assigned areas.

Conduct stress testing to assess how the product performs under load conditions, identifying performance bottlenecks.

Perform database testing to ensure data integrity, query performance, and the accurate execution of backend processes.

Monitor internal communication channels for product-related updates.

Assist with the management of product-related projects and workspaces utilizing task management software.

Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders to collect, share, and analyze information.

Verify the platform is running smoothly and report any issues utilizing internal forms.
