Responsibilities
Conduct thorough market research to understand trends, competition, and customer needs to drive product development and positioning.
Develop clear and compelling product messaging that differentiates Sketchy in the marketplace, ensuring consistency across all channels.
Create and refine customer personas and segments to better reach and engage target audiences.
Lead go-to-market strategies for product launches, identifying key segments and crafting effective launch plans.
Collaborate with product, content, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product features, messaging, and marketing campaigns.
Oversee and execute digital marketing campaigns, continuously optimizing to meet performance metrics and ensure efficient budget allocation.
Regularly communicate updates on product marketing activities and results with internal and external stakeholders.
Foster a data-driven culture, encouraging data-backed decisions throughout the company.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; quantitative background is a plus.
5+ years in product marketing, ideally in tech and direct-to-consumer digital environments.
Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data sets.
Proficiency with tools like Looker, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment and at a high-growth startup.
A self-starter with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
Preferred
Experience working at a high-growth startup is a plus.
