Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a business strategy plan to grow the assigned market.
Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive positions and potential growth areas.
Prospecting: Identify new business opportunities, generate leads and contact potential partners by cold calling and/or networking at trade shows and industry conferences.
Voice of Market: Collect input from the market to establish business & product portfolio strategy, direction and development to support sustainable growth.
Building Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships at all levels of the value chain and stakeholders.
Demand Generation: Create interest for Armacell solutions at the OEM level and become the liaison with Material Engineers, Product Development Engineers, Material Specifiers and Innovation Managers to introduce, promote, specify and drive new development activities.
Global Participation: Present key project opportunities with proposed Armacell solutions to the global CF team members from other regions including Europe, Asia Pacific and South America.
Sales Support: Assist sales team with training and market expertise to support direct customer growth.

Required

Technical degree or BS/BA in relevant field.
Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience in a Technical, Market Segment, Business Development or other customer-facing roles.
Capacity to influence others’ behavior through persuasive presentations, effective OEM/Tier 1 relationship development, facilitation, training and development.
Effective prioritization and time management with a demonstrated sense of urgency.
Results-oriented leader and highly motivated team player with a strong passion to win.
Expected domestic travel to be between 30-40%.
Can work independently and multi-task in faced paced environment.
Experience with Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Salesforce.
Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for Armacell in the US.

Preferred

Engineering degree preferred.
Prior experience with industrial equipment with preferred knowledge in acoustical applications.
