Responsibilities
Collaborate with program staff and stakeholders to conceptualize and create graphics for digital communications, including websites, newsletters, and presentations.
Design and develop visual content using tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Canva.
Ensure all designs align with USAID’s branding guidelines and support its communication objectives.
Revise designs based on feedback while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
Stay updated on graphic design trends and integrate best practices into projects.
Support other design needs, such as infographics, social media visuals, and marketing materials.

Required
The ability to obtain a Public Trust.
At least 2-4 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Canva.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred
Familiarity with USAID branding and communications guidelines.
Experience designing visuals for international development or government agencies.
Skills in motion graphics or video editing are a plus.
