Responsibilities
Improve Commission Processes: Manage, and enhance our commission structures to ensure accuracy and compliance with ACA and Medicare regulations.
Analyze Data: Create detailed reports and dashboards to monitor commission trends, agent performance, and operational efficiency.
Develop Solutions: Identify opportunities for improvement in current systems and implement solutions to improve operations.

Required
3+ years of experience in commission management within the ACA or Medicare insurance sectors.
Experience managing complex commission structures and payment systems.
Proficiency in SQL and Excel (can perform complex functions) for data analysis.
Detailed knowledge of the ACA or Medicare insurance industries, including their unique challenges and opportunities.
Experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
Preferred
Experience with R, Ruby, Python, or other common programming languages.
Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium browsing).
Familiarity with SQL architecture and its application to scaling systems.
