Responsibilities
Utilize fluent bilingual Spanish (speak, read, write) recruiting skills.
Full cycle recruitment, including evaluating candidate resumes and conducting thorough screening and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow-up, feedback, and support throughout the interviewing, selection, and hiring processes.
Follow up and communicate with candidates through the candidate's lifecycle.
Source and recruit healthcare professionals through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and sourcing networks.
Builds and maintains a network of potential candidates to generate a high-volume, high-quality pipeline of candidates.

Required
Minimum of two years of recruiting experience
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing fluently is required)
Experience with job boards and other sourcing tools
Strong computer skills and experience in Microsoft Office - Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and database systems
High School or GED equivalent
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, high volume recruiting and meet deadlines
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail
Strong professional communication skills, written and verbal
The candidate must have a personal computer system and meet headset requirements
The candidate must also have a private, noise-free space at home
Preferred
Experience in a healthcare/medical setting
Understanding medical terminology
