Responsibilities

Serve as a thought partner to the Leadership Team members in Programs, Finance, Communications, Enterprise Applications, Grants, Business Development, Quality Assurance, Human Resources, Facilities, and Administration

Provide project management leadership for key organizational initiatives, programs, projects, and efforts

Oversee the project management portfolio of the key projects and initiatives and help departments drive towards the goals

Maintain and report on Portfolio of projects and project activities to the Leadership team

Lead and manage cross-functional projects using Ed Fund’s Project Management Life Cycle and industry best practices

Participate in activities that drive standardization and adoption of the Ed Fund’s Project Management Life Cycle and industry best practices

Create and manage project documents including but not limited to project charter, project plans, schedule, risk / issue / decision logs, business requirements document (BRD), close-out documents, action items etc.

Schedule and manage project team meetings, including creation of agendas and meeting minutes

Facilitate project meetings with and provide ongoing project communications to stakeholders

Create and maintain project executive dashboard and escalate risks and issues to project leadership team when appropriate

Drive deliverables according to project schedule, objectives, and budget

Develop presentation materials and facilitate various meetings including knowledge sharing sessions, lunch & learn, workshops etc.

Review current business processes, identify areas of improvement, and devise improvement strategies

Required

4 Year Degree

Experience in project management leadership for key organizational initiatives, programs, projects, and efforts.

Ability to oversee the project management portfolio of key projects and initiatives.

Skills to maintain and report on the portfolio of projects and project activities to the Leadership team.

Experience in leading and managing cross-functional projects using Ed Fund’s Project Management Life Cycle and industry best practices.

Preferred

Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Master Project Manager (MPM)

Experience with labor-management partnerships, workforce development, higher education, career and technical education, vocational education, certification, and credentialing relating to the healthcare labor market.

Experience with Salesforce, WRIKE, Zoom, and MS Office.
