Responsibilities

Assist in the design and creation of onboarding and training materials for clinical trial sites and patients, ensuring content is clear, comprehensive, and accessible.

Facilitate live training sessions for sites and patients, effectively communicating the platform's functionalities and answering any questions to enhance user understanding and engagement.

Produce engaging demo videos that demonstrate the use of the platform, highlighting key features and benefits to assist in user onboarding and support.

Collaborate with relevant functional groups within the company to share insights and best practices related to clinical trial operations, site and patient engagement strategies, and site and patient support.

Assist in the planning and executing initiatives related to the Patient Caregiver Network, fostering connections and providing resources that enhance the experience of caregivers and patients.

Gather feedback from training participants and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in training materials and sessions, making necessary adjustments to enhance effectiveness.

Assist with various initiatives within the Site and Patient Engagement group, contributing to team goals and objectives.
