Responsibilities
Proficient in operating Electronic Medical Records (EMR) for effectively managing patient appointments and orders.
Responsibilities include order entry, navigate through medical records, follow-up on patient orders, and other various clerical duties.
A strong foundation in medical terminology is preferred.
Must be able to effectively communicate with patients and providers.

Required
Two of the four skill levels REQUIRED
Two years experience in healthcare environment or
Completion of healthcare related certificate program or
Associate's Degree or higher or
Transferable skills (i.e., 1 year or more in a call center, customer services, etc.)
HS Diploma REQUIRED
Proficient in operating Electronic Medical Records (EMR) for effectively managing patient appointments and orders.
Responsibilities include order entry, navigate through medical records, follow-up on patient orders, and other various clerical duties.
Must be able to effectively communicate with patients and providers.
Microsoft Office, Service Orientation, Technology/Computer
Preferred
With radiology/imaging clerical OR medical transcription/terminology background preferred
