Responsibilities
Manage and optimize complex calendars, ensuring efficient scheduling and prioritization across time zones
Coordinate and facilitate communication, acting as a trusted liaison and gatekeeper for the founders
Leverage modern tools such as LLMs, Google Workspace, and Slack to enhance productivity and collaboration
Support strategic projects and initiatives that align with Collective[i]'s mission to drive organizational transformation and upskilling
Anticipate challenges, propose solutions, and proactively manage competing priorities
Ensure discretion and professionalism in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders
