Responsibilities
Build commissions plans/quotas
Conduct monthly-close related tasks related to commissions accruals
Prepare and administer monthly statements and submit for payment
Proactively advise on process and efficiency improvements
Collaborate with business leadership, Sales, Finance/Controllership, and Human Resources
Support other Commercial Finance activities

Required
Four-year business or finance degree required
2+ years of financial analyst experience with an operating company, of which 1-2 should be in commercial finance or variable compensation
Strong analytical skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal & communication skills; ability to work across all functions
MS Office knowledge & advanced Excel skills required
Salesforce.com knowledge required
Preferred
Prior experience with a publicly traded company
Experience presenting to executive management teams
Experience in fast-change environment
Database knowledge helpful
