Responsibilities
Provide frontline Quantum technical support related to contract requirements, including the creation of warehouse and stock locations, uploading part data, and verifying accuracy.
Participate in strategic planning processes and execution of Quantum system development resulting in program modifications required to effectively execute contractual obligations.
Aid in the development, creation, and maintenance of contractual reports and pull reports as needed.
Provide data audits by reviewing record accountability in Quantum
Analyze data sets within Quantum to assist Program Managers in resolving contract issues.
Create contractual action plans to provide ongoing analyses in areas pertaining to contractual requirements, with emphasis placed on parts procurement, on-time delivery, order fulfillment rates, and delivery processes, allowing for improvement in contract efficiencies.
Attend Contract meetings with Program Management to provide knowledge and expertise of Quantum requirements.
Assess employee training needs with the help of the contract Program Manager.
Develop training process(es) based upon employee needs.
Provide training through virtual or face-to-face methods.
Perform other duties as assigned at the discretion of management.

Required
Associate degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Management, or other logistics field required
Minimum of six (6) years’ experience working in the Logistics or Supply Chain field
Four of which must have been in a role requiring the use of Quantum
Direct experience working on contracts or projects with or for the U. S. Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), USAF/AFSAC or Foreign Air Force
Current driver’s license
Proof of U.S. citizenship
Must have ability to obtain and retain a valid security clearance and US Passport
Excellent English language skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to effectively communicate before groups of customers or employees inside or outside of the organization
Excellent understanding of technical issues and the ability to work within a U.S. Government contractual environment
Knowledge of DOD procedures required for the expediting of high priority requisitions
Demonstrate critical thinking to carry out instructions furnished in written, verbal, or diagram form
Detailed understanding of demand analysis and how it impacts inventory investments and production schedules
Possess problem solving and analytical skills needed to investigate and develop theories and conclusions based on information gleaned from multiple sources of information
Proficiency with computers, software, and general office equipment
Intermediate or higher proficiency using Microsoft Office programs specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Excellent organizational skills
Willing to travel
Outstanding attention to detail and data input skills
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree
Six Sigma experience or certification
