Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive lead acquisition and conversion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product to align demand generation activities with business goals.
Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, social media, content marketing, webinars, etc.) to generate high-quality leads.
Utilize Salesforce to track and analyze campaign performance, ensuring data-driven decision making.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and improve campaign effectiveness.
Craft compelling content and messaging tailored to our target audience within the education sector.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in demand generation and marketing technology.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in demand generation, preferably within the education industry.
Proven expertise in using Salesforce for campaign management and performance analysis.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while effectively collaborating with team members.
Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to interview and start a contract role immediately.
