Responsibilities
Plan, design, and fulfill capacity needs across the U.S. and Canada.
Collaborate with Project Managers and Engineers to resolve capacity project issues.
Develop DWDM network designs per architecture standards and implement core circuit designs.
Guide circuit design processes and ensure design accuracy for transport and facilities.
Maintain project updates and customer commitments in relevant systems.
Assist field operations in troubleshooting and verifying technical data.
Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and support escalations as needed.

Required
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of DWDM systems, especially Ciena and Infinera is REQUIRED
Experience with optical system design, ROADM technology, and network signal flow.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google programs, project management tools, and telecom inventory systems (Metasolv is a plus).
DWDM: 1 year (Required)
Preferred
Salesforce, ServiceNow, Sitetracker, and equivalent systems.
Advanced proficiency in Visio and Excel.
