Responsibilities

Lead holistic data enrichment efforts, including systems integration, data integrity benchmarking, reporting, and visualization.
Work closely with the frontline fundraising team to identify data needs for prospect segmentation and outreach, as well as overall pipeline and portfolio management.
Identify, analyze, and synthesize biographical, financial, and philanthropic data to prioritize prospective donors and grantmakers.
Create detailed prospect dossiers, from comprehensive narrative analyses to concise briefings, utilizing data from various sources. Deliver timely, accurate, and actionable insights to the frontline fundraising team.
Oversee and manage all Foundation CRM integrations, ensuring value-adding connections between current and future systems.
Utilize data modeling techniques and technologies to predict donor behavior and capacity, creating prospect engagement scoring and segmentation strategies that maximize fundraising outcomes.

Required

Bachelor’s degree.
Prior experience in data management, prospect research, or predictive analytics.
Proven ability to synthesize complex data into actionable reports and insights.
High organizational aptitude and attention to detail, with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks accurately, seamlessly, and effectively.

Preferred

Prior experience in a fundraising, higher education, or nonprofit environment.
Proficiency with CRM databases (Salesforce preferred), data visualization tools, and project management software.
