Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
Lead the month-end closing process, including reconciliations and accruals.
Coordinate with auditors during annual audits and provide necessary documentation.
Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns and compliance with tax laws.

Required
5+ years of experience in accounting roles, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Advanced knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
High level of integrity and ethics
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred
CPA certification is a plus
