Responsibilities

Manage and Maintain macOS Devices – Oversee the health of all macOS devices, ensuring they are up-to-date, compliant, and fully functioning across the organization.

Automation & Patching – Build configuration profiles, handle patch management processes, and implement automation to enhance device compliance and security.

Device Compliance with JAMF Pro & Intune – Manage devices via JAMF Pro (cloud-based) and synchronize with Intune to ensure strict compliance and security protocols.

Identity Management – Work with Entra ID for seamless Single Sign-On (SSO) integration, ensuring user access is secure and efficient.

BYOD Device Management – Take ownership of managing BYOD iPhones within the organization, ensuring they integrate smoothly into the environment.

Continuous Improvement – Assess and enhance documentation and processes, ensuring the team can operate efficiently as we work toward upgrading all devices to macOS 15.

Required

Expertise in macOS & Intune – Solid experience in macOS, Intune, Azure, and Windows environments, with a focus on security, patching, and compliance.

Experience with JAMF Pro & Entra ID – Strong familiarity with JAMF Pro for macOS management and Entra ID as the identity provider for JAMF and JAMF Connect Login.

Automation Pro – Proven ability in automation, zero-touch deployment, and streamlining management processes.

Self-Starter & Multitasker – You work autonomously and thrive under pressure, handling multiple tasks at once with ease.

Enterprise Experience – Prior experience in an enterprise environment, particularly with virtualization solutions like Mac Stadium for remote Mac access, will be highly valued.

ServiceNow Knowledge – Familiarity with ServiceNow for ticketing and change management processes is a plus.
