Responsibilities
Builds and maintains relationships with customers.
Responds to a work queue and resolves issues in a timely manner; escalates issues of a complex nature.
Demonstrates a basic knowledge of application functionality.
Provides information to the appropriate CSI department regarding customer issues and concerns.
Performs other duties as assigned.
